Tom Hoang grew up in Houston and attended the University of Houston where he earned his bachelor's degree. Tom attended Thurgood Marshall Law School and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1994.  Since 1994, Tom Hoang has been practicing law in Texas, helping to represent clients in cases including: business transaction, family, personal injuries  (car accidents and victims of other negligence), real estate, probate, and criminal defense.  Honesty and integrity are two very important emphasis that Tom places on his practice.
