How We Practice

 

Tom believes that justice should be equal for all; however, many people look at justice from a different angle and that sometimes blurs their vision.  There are usually more than one side to a story.  To keep an open mind and a clear conscience in handling cases and dealing with clients are primary in the practice of law.  By the end of the day, the attorney may or may not be able to assist the client to his/her full satisfaction; however, resolution of any dispute involves a clear vision to see that the client's interest is placed first and the future of the client is also addressed.  One may win the battle, but lose the war.  Shortsightedness on the attorney's part may be detrimental to the client's future, whether or not the client realizes that consequence.  Tom tries to see the entire picture when representing any client, whether that client is an individual or a corporation.
